HEARST.AI provides an AI-powered operations workspace that connects to your existing tools and automates workflows. The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliability.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HEARST.AI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to access systems beyond your authorization.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

HEARST.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
